As an Artist-Educator, Roxanne Hotaling has been working with plastic since Spring 2008. Her work has been published in “Fantastic Recycled Plastic” by David Edgar as well as in other print interviews. After graduating in 2011 with a degree in Art Education K-12, Roxanne continues her work with One Island, focusing on community education, outreach, and programs.
